Ms. Werner holds Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification, Contact Centre Management Certification, and Supervisory Skills Certification. She also earned an Honours Degree in Psychology and Statistics from Brock University.
A true believer in giving back, she serves as a board member for CANES Community Care, a not for profit organization that assists seniors and adults with disabilities. She names the Canadian Cancer Society, the Boys and Girls Club of Canada, the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and SPCA as her favorite causes.
