We are not a large multi-billion dollar consulting firm that is looking to overcharge, over clock or gamble with your business. We are a small privately owned Canadian firm. You are not just a number or Client ID to us. Although we are privately owned, we have a diverse background in working with the Government, Public and Private sectors including Call Centre, Health Care, Software Development, Telecom/Network, as well as Manufacturing. It is our diverse and experienced background coupled with our personal and customized approach focused on your needs that sets us apart from our larger competitors.

 v Follow up – Success is only sustained if measured, reported on, and controlled (part of the DMAIC process of Six Sigma). All of our contracts include a free follow up 3 months after implementation. We will provide a free report on any areas that require “re-alignment”. We offer additional follow ups at 6 months and yearly to ensure your continued success.
